Welcome to 1jjo. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 1jjo platform — whether through our website or mobile app — you are confirming that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

These Terms apply to all users across Pakistan and govern your use of our sports betting, casino, live casino, and promotional services. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

1. Eligibility

To register and use 1jjo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident or be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not prohibited by local laws you are personally subject to.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 1jjo employee.
• Not have been previously banned or suspended by 1jjo for any violation of these Terms.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms and may lead to immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2. Account Registration & Rules

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 1jjo platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Never share your password with anyone. 1jjo staff will never ask you for your password via any channel.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 1jjo account.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your account when using shared devices.
• Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Account verification (KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals or as part of routine compliance checks. You may be asked to submit a valid CNIC, proof of address, or payment method verification. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.

3. Deposits & Payment Methods

1jjo supports a range of payment methods tailored for users in Pakistan, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and other mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee).

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at checkout.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Processing times depend on the payment provider; most deposits are credited within minutes.
• 1jjo does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

If a deposit is made in error, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee recovery of funds once a transaction is confirmed by the payment network.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested via the Withdrawal section of your account. The following conditions apply:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be initiated where applicable.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown during the withdrawal request process.
• Processing times are typically within 24–72 hours, depending on the payment method selected.
• 1jjo reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

In cases where fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals may be placed on hold pending investigation. We aim to resolve all such cases fairly and promptly.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

1jjo regularly offers promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and Cricket / PSL specials. All bonuses are subject to their individual promotional terms, which are displayed on the Promotions page.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry wagering requirements. This means the bonus (and in some cases the bonus + deposit) must be wagered a specified number of times before becoming withdrawable.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active per account at any time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including using multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the cancellation of bonuses and may lead to permanent account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or used within the stated validity window will be removed automatically from your account.

1jjo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any such changes will be communicated on the Promotions page.

6. Sports Betting Rules

1jjo offers a comprehensive sports betting platform covering Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports, and more. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled after placement unless the "Cash Out" feature is available and used before event settlement.
• Odds are subject to change until your bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or void, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules as outlined in our Betting Rules documentation.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and market. These limits are shown in the bet slip.
• 1jjo reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns.

For PSL and international cricket matches, special in-play and pre-match markets are available. Please note that live betting markets move quickly and it is your responsibility to ensure your bet is placed correctly before confirming.

7. Casino & Live Casino Rules

The 1jjo Casino includes slots, table games, live dealer games, and more. When playing casino games, please be aware of the following:

• All casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair outcomes.
• Live casino games are hosted by third-party studios. The results of these games are determined by the live dealer or physical equipment and are not controlled by 1jjo.
• In the unlikely event of a technical fault during a game session, the round will be voided and your stake returned. Partially completed rounds may be settled using available game logs.
• Maximum bet limits per spin or hand apply to certain games, especially when active bonus funds are in play.
• Game history and transaction records are available in your account dashboard for review.

1jjo is not responsible for any losses resulting from a user's misunderstanding of game rules. We recommend reviewing the help section of each game before placing real-money bets.

8. Security & Fraud Prevention

1jjo takes security seriously. We employ industry-standard encryption and monitoring systems to protect your account and funds. However, you also play an important role in keeping your account secure.

• Do not share your account credentials, OTPs, or verification codes with anyone — including people claiming to be 1jjo representatives.
• Do not use public Wi-Fi networks to access your account without a secure VPN connection.
• Report any suspicious activity, phishing attempts, or unauthorised transactions to our support team immediately.
• Any use of bots, automated software, scripts, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.
• Collusion between players, match-fixing, or any form of cheating will be reported to relevant authorities and the account will be permanently banned.

1jjo reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. We cooperate fully with financial institutions and law enforcement as required.

9. Privacy & Data

Your privacy matters to us. All personal data collected during registration and use of the platform is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.

• We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, verify your identity, and comply with applicable regulations.
• Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.
• Cookies and similar technologies are used to improve your experience on the platform. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

10. Responsible Gaming

1jjo is committed to promoting a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. We encourage all users to play responsibly. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a way to earn income.

• Set Limits: Use the deposit and loss limit tools available in your account settings to stay within your personal budget.

11. Account Termination

Either you or 1jjo may close your account at any time. To close your account voluntarily, contact our customer support team. Any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

1jjo may suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You breach any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• We detect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your account.
• You provide false information during registration or verification.
• You attempt to manipulate games, markets, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• We are required to do so by law or a regulatory instruction.

In cases of termination for breach, any balance associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Legitimate balances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

12. Limitation of Liability

1jjo provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure uninterrupted and error-free service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, free of bugs, or free from interruption.

• 1jjo is not liable for losses caused by internet outages, device issues, or third-party service failures outside our control.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

By using this platform, you accept that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you are responsible for your own betting decisions. 1jjo does not guarantee winnings or outcomes of any kind.
